What you will do

• Audit current UI files and consolidate fragmented components into a unified Global Design System.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and responsive core components, patterns, and templates in Figma.
• Create exhaustive documentation and usage guidelines for designers and engineers.
• Review design files from Product and Marketing teams to ensure strict adherence to the system.
• Onboard and train new team members on the efficient use of variables and components.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Design experience, including 2+ years dedicated to complex Design Systems for scalable Web and Mobile apps.
• Expertise in Figma variables, design tokens, component variants, and advanced auto-layout.
• Technical understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, React, React Native, iOS/Android).
• Experience with multi-theming (light/dark mode) and white-label/multi-brand architectures.
• Proficiency with synchronization tools such as Storybook, Zeplin, or Figma API.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Trading, or Crypto with high-density data visualization.
• Ability to write basic CSS, JS, or React code to contribute to Storybook.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate component generation or documentation.
