What you will do

• Build and maintain the flagship open-source and commercial CV inference engine.
• Develop an agentic-driven contribution pipeline featuring automated review, triage, and CI/CD to move toward daily releases.
• Design and grow a world-grounded test suite to validate build health via nightly end-to-end runs.
• Define and enforce review standards and "rules of the road" for AI agents and contributors.
• Streamline the integration process for adding the latest computer vision and ML models to the engine.
• Act as a technical bridge between core engineering and clients, creating docs, demos, and stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production-grade ML systems.
• Strong foundation in computer vision (CV) and ML, including internal model mechanics and deployment across diverse environments.
• Stellar agentic skills, with a track record of using AI coding agents to automate engineering processes (review, triage, testing).
• Strong CS and systems background with the ability to handle complex architecture and reliability challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD, release engineering, and automated test infrastructure.
• Practical expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM, OpenCV, and image/video processing.

Nice to have

• Open source maintenance experience.
• Experience with video streaming protocols.
