What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people initiatives with organizational priorities and business goals.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
• Own HR analytics, people metrics, HR budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Coach managers and partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and onboarding.
• Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals while managing cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role.
• Experience working with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Experience in organizational change, transformation, HR budgeting, people analytics, and team leadership.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
