Location: On-site in New York City, United States

Salary: $140,000–$295,000 base salary, plus equity, bonus, benefits, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Lead architecture and security reviews, helping customers evaluate deployment models, integrations, and controls.
• Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals by providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
• Guide onboarding, deployment, product adoption, and ongoing expansion while coordinating resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve deployment patterns and documentation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, enterprise security, identity and access management.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems level.
• Strong communication, executive presence, organization, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements and balance technical and business priorities.
