What you will do

• Build and scale features for the Insights practice management platform.
• Design and maintain full-stack solutions using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system reliability.
• Optimize web application performance for high-traffic healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability.
• Conduct code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development with React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience owning high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of frontend engineering, state management, and component-driven design.
• Experience with complex backend systems, API design, and database optimization.
• Strong debugging skills and focus on observability best practices.
