TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Building and deploying production-grade AI agent systems for financial-sector clients with an accent on RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise architecture. Focus on translating client workflows into working solutions, navigating legacy systems and compliance constraints, and moving POCs into production while codifying reusable deployment patterns.

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid workplace with primarily on-site client work, travel between client sites and headquarters, and occasional client-site travel expected.

What you will do

• Own deployments from customer discovery and scoping through solution architecture, POC delivery, pilot evaluation, and production rollout.
• Design and build production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, integrations, and supporting tools.
• Select architectures and frameworks, explain trade-offs, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Work directly with clients to understand workflows, define success criteria, and deliver end-to-end solutions using real data and infrastructure.
• Navigate legacy systems, data quality issues, integration constraints, and regulatory requirements while keeping deployments operational.
• Identify repeatable implementation patterns and escalate them as reusable capabilities for the core platform.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering, machine learning, or AI infrastructure background with experience building production systems.
• Working knowledge of RAG pipelines, agent and multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Strong communication skills for client discovery and explaining technical trade-offs to engineers and business stakeholders.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity, cooperation, integrity, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Greek fluency is required for client-facing work; English is required for internal and core-team communication.
• Primarily on-site client work and travel between client sites and headquarters are expected.
