FDE (AI/ML)

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace, primarily on-site with clients, with travel between client sites and the Core team headquarters expected.

What you will do

• Own deployments from customer discovery and solution architecture through POC delivery, pilot evaluation, and production release.
• Design and build production-grade AI agent systems using RAG pipelines, agent and multi-agent orchestration, and tool or harness engineering.
• Select architectures and frameworks, communicate trade-offs, and integrate solutions with client data, infrastructure, and legacy systems.
• Partner with the AI Strategist to scope delivery plans, define success criteria, and identify further client opportunities.
• Incorporate user feedback, support systems through production, and navigate compliance and integration constraints.
• Identify repeatable deployment patterns and escalate them to the AI Studio Core team for reusable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering, machine learning, or AI infrastructure background with experience building production systems.
• Working knowledge of RAG pipelines, agent and multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Strong communication and client-discovery skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity, cooperation, integrity, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Greek fluency is required for client-facing work; English is required for internal and Core team communication.
• Experience in financial services or banking operations is advantageous; former technical founders and early startup employees are encouraged to apply.
