What you will do

• Consolidate financial data from GL/ERP systems into unified financial models.
• Maintain P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet models using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform monthly variance analysis to identify and explain root causes of budget deviations.
• Prepare reporting packages and provide strategic financial insights for top management.
• Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop business metrics frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data/BI teams to automate and improve financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, controlling, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and IFRS or GAAP principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for complex financial modeling.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• SQL skills for independent data extraction and analysis.
• Previous experience in fintech, brokerage, or international group structures.
