What you will do

• Perform revenue and Trail calculations for technology solutions and alternative investments.
• Lead month-end close processes, preparing revenue KPIs and accurate journal entries for various entities.
• Review legal agreements to interpret economic terms for accurate revenue reporting.
• Manage international fund invoicing and coordinate payment wires for trails.
• Drive automation and efficiency of existing invoicing and revenue calculation processes.
• Develop performance reports and actionable insights for management and investors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Lisbon office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Understanding of GAAP reporting.
• Experience in fund accounting or knowledge of alternative/structured investments.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other General Ledger systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Axiom).
• Ability to manage and implement checks and balances for large data sets.
