What you will do

• Create believable environmental structures and props from concepts and reference materials.
• Model, texture, shade, implement, and place assets throughout the complete art pipeline.
• Collaborate with level designers, artists, and other disciplines to support gameplay and world-building.
• Optimize assets for performance and memory usage while preserving visual fidelity.
• Provide support, guidance, and feedback to peers.

Requirements

• In-depth experience as an Environment Artist or in a similar game industry role.
• Strong modeling, texturing, and shader skills with Maya, Substance Painter or Designer, ZBrush, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, form, scale, color, texture, lighting, and other art fundamentals.
• Ability to manage the full art pipeline, organize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality with minimal direction.
• Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Proficient verbal and written English and effective multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
