What you will do

• Create believable environmental structures and props from concepts or reference materials.
• Collaborate with level designers and other disciplines to ensure a seamless gameplay experience.
• Optimize assets for performance and memory usage while maintaining high visual fidelity.
• Take full responsibility for the art pipeline from modeling and texturing to final placement.
• Provide support, guidance, and feedback to peers.
• Adapt to and utilize the proprietary Apex engine and custom tools.

Requirements

• In-depth experience as an Environment Artist in the game industry.
• Excellent modeling, texturing, and shader skills using industry-standard tools like Maya, Substance, Zbrush, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals including composition, form, scale, color, and lighting.
• Proficient verbal and written skills in English.
• Ability to manage time, set realistic goals, and meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing artistic skills and work examples is required.
