What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, flexible, and scalable software solutions.
• Develop products for investment tracking, portfolio management, and asset voting rights.
• Build APIs that allow partners to access the platform and place orders.
• Turn loosely defined problems into documented, tested, and production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues in small feature teams.
• Promote engineering best practices and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
• Ability to write performant and efficient backend code.
• Experience building RESTful interfaces and designing APIs.
• Experience working in a multi-person Agile development team.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and peer reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with security-first technical architecture.
• Experience with React and NextJS.
• Strong engineering principles and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
