What you will do

• Review legal documents (contracts, emails, memos, and more) to identify key information and assess relevance to ongoing matters.
• Apply legal knowledge and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with client protocols and guidelines.
• Use eDiscovery/document review platforms to organize and manage reviewed documents.
• Perform targeted legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to meet project objectives.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with data protection and information security requirements (including ISO 27001/ISMS policies).

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
• Home computer with broadband internet connection.
• Proficiency in legal research using relevant databases and resources.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery/document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw; Reveal/Logikcull also mentioned).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and written/verbal communication.
