What you will do

• Conduct business partner due diligence and enhanced due diligence (KYC/KYB) for new and existing partners.
• Support AML/CTF and sanctions monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, and prepare internal reports.
• Monitor legal and card-scheme developments and translate them into actionable requirements for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to embed compliance requirements into new products from the design stage.
• Maintain and improve internal compliance policies, procedures, controls, and training.
• Manage relationships with acquirers, PSPs, banking partners, and auditors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on compliance experience within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience with KYC/KYB processes, AML/CTF frameworks, and sanctions/AML screening.
• Solid knowledge of financial crime, sanctions, and card scheme frameworks.
• Experience working directly with acquirers, PSPs, auditors, or banking partners.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical guidance for non-specialists.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
