What you will do

• Design and deploy ML models for fraud detection, chargeback prediction, and identity verification.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable ML solutions and decision frameworks.
• Build and maintain production-ready data pipelines and model-serving solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Backend teams to scale ML capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
• Deep understanding of supervised learning and classification problems.
• Experience with anomaly detection and risk modeling.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup (3-4 days in-office)

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, AML, or payments.
• Backend engineering skills and familiarity with production systems.
• Knowledge of modern MLOps practices and model monitoring.
