What you will do

• Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning models and production pipelines.
• Prepare, generate, curate, and validate datasets from SQL and other data sources.
• Design experiments to improve model performance and measure outcomes.
• Develop solutions using text, NLU, and structured or tabular data.
• Research emerging techniques and apply them to practical business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, deliver data-driven solutions, and communicate findings.

Requirements

• Degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of data preparation, feature engineering, and data quality.
• Ability to analyze model performance and identify factors affecting outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in responsible AI and continued development as a data scientist.
