What you will do

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for two dating products.
• Manage both app and web acquisition funnels, optimizing budgets and traffic efficiency.
• Analyze campaign metrics, improve ROI, CPA, and CPI, and scale successful traffic sources.
• Develop and test hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, funnels, and creative concepts.
• Research competitors, prepare creative briefs, and evaluate creative performance with the creative team.
• Build structured reporting and improve campaign operations through rules, tools, and scalable automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Facebook Ads.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100,000; budgets up to $400,000–$500,000 are preferred.
• Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels, particularly web acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data, reporting, Google Sheets or Excel, GA4, and analytics or CRM tools.
• Russian fluency is required.
• English reading and writing skills sufficient for working with tools and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C products.
• Experience scaling campaigns to $400,000–$500,000 per month.
