What you will do

• Scale Paid Social channels using AI-powered tools for faster testing cycles.
• Identify trends and generate creative hypotheses using AI to inform bidding and creative decisions.
• Execute A/B tests across campaigns and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets and forecast the impact of UA activities on key business metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on campaign management.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads, including structure, targeting, creative formats, and attribution.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, content, analysis, or optimization.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and creating business forecasts from performance data.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
