What you will do

• Build core hirify.global Blockchain components, including consensus and state management.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations and product improvements.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to refine REST APIs for customers.
• Own engineering initiatives and contribute to the technical direction of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven experience building or scaling Layer 1 blockchain performance.
• Experience as a technical lead planning and leading large, long-term projects.
• Strong technical judgment and prioritization skills.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems and deliver measurable results.
• Experience creating processes and tooling that improve engineering efficiency.
