What you will do

• Convert research outcomes and prototypes into production-grade software solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to move innovations into product delivery.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and conduct automated stability, performance, and release testing.
• Review and optimize code for maintainability, scalability, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Resolve Git merge conflicts and support version upgrades.
• Prepare release notes and maintain technical documentation for development processes and system architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C/C++, Java, and Python.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Experience delivering production-ready software and working with version control systems.
• Basic knowledge of deep learning, LLMs, ONNX, and related optimization frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work remotely from Taiwan.
