What you will do

• Own the end-to-end mathematical design of complex casino game titles, balancing player experience and commercial objectives.
• Develop novel slot mechanics and translate creative concepts into mathematically sound game frameworks.
• Build, maintain, and use Monte Carlo simulation tools to test and optimise game models before production.
• Prepare auditable mathematical documentation and technical specifications for internal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a small team of junior mathematicians.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, artists, product owners, and commercial stakeholders to integrate and refine game models.

Requirements

• Solid experience in slot game mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of combinatorics, probability theory, and quantitative analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and programming.
• University degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or another numerate discipline.
• Experience with team management or mentoring is beneficial.
