Focus on driving features from concept to polish, iterating on AI-driven gameplay, and balancing the gameplay loop.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days from office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

• Design and implement stealth and combat systems, NPC behaviors, and enemy archetypes.
• Create and balance combat spaces and encounters to ensure consistency and feel.
• Drive features from initial concept to final polish, collaborating with AI programmers, animation, level design, and VFX.
• Own the quality of the stealth/combat experience and refine the moment-to-moment gameplay loop.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Combat, Gameplay, Technical, or AI Design.
• Shipped at least two PC or console titles, including ownership of a significant gameplay feature.
• Practical experience with Unreal Engine, specifically Blueprints, Behavior Trees, and State Trees.
• English and Polish: Minimum B2 level required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
• Proven ability to create actionable gameplay documentation and prototype solutions.
