TL;DR
Business Analyst (Fintech): Owning the functional definition and delivery of data requirements for a global trade surveillance platform with an accent on market data structures and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office).
Salary: €3,600–€4,600 per month.

What you will do
- Define, document, and prioritize data and functional requirements for the trade surveillance platform.
- Translate product strategy into structured specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration requirements across multiple asset classes.
- Engage with customers, exchanges, and vendors to validate requirements and resolve production issues.
- Partner with data specialists, developers, and QA engineers to remove delivery impediments.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a business or product analyst role within capital markets or fintech.
- Strong understanding of market data structures, trading protocols, and exchange rules.
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like MiFID II, FINRA, or MAR.
- Experience with large-scale data integration pipelines.
- Exposure to global teams and cross-regional client engagement.
