What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end incident management lifecycle for clients using the Trade Surveillance platform.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex business and functional issues.
• Deliver product training to internal stakeholders and clients regarding system capabilities and workflows.
• Build and maintain functional documentation to support client onboarding and knowledge management.
• Synthesize client product improvement requests and partner with Product Management to drive implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a functional analyst, client support, or technical support role within a regulated or tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills with a structured approach to investigation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, or asset class structures (equities, derivatives, fixed income).
• Experience in client-facing roles, representing the organization in formal communications.
• Familiarity with enterprise incident management or ticketing tools.
