Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business processes and system functionality.
• Use Jira to manage requirements, track progress, and support Agile delivery.
• Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implemented solutions.
• Analyze reconciliation processes and maintain business and functional documentation for financial operations initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and payment operations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or payments domain.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
