What you will do

• Administer Microsoft server systems including Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory.
• Manage the VMware vSphere virtualization environment and Veeam backup solutions.
• Oversee network, telecommunications, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Provide user support and conduct employee training sessions.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and technical standards.
• Handle client management and storage environment maintenance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification.
• German language proficiency required for daily operations and documentation.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft server products, ideally supported by certifications like MCSE or MCITP.
• Experience in conducting user training and providing technical support.
• Independent, service-oriented working style.
