What you will do

• Execute hirify.global product implementations for enterprise customers following established implementation methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conceptualize and formulate best-of-breed functional solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering and functional design in coordination with Engineering, QA, and Support.
• Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Contribute to the development of internal consulting capabilities within the Professional Services group.
• Influence the hirify.global product roadmap by providing active feedback based on customer implementation experiences.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project manager or project lead capacity.
• Prior experience implementing Contract Management or Supply Chain applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interpret trends and patterns from data to formulate effective strategies.

Nice to have

• MBA in a related field.
