What you will do

• Support the financial steering, governance, and operational finance setup of the Portugal hub.
• Manage intercompany charging, transfer pricing interfaces, and SLA-based finance models.
• Develop the financial backbone, including invoicing, cost allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with corporate finance, group tax, group legal, payroll, and global mobility stakeholders.
• Provide support for the potential setup of an additional hub in Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in shared services, hub, matrix, or international corporate environments.
• Knowledge of international/European corporate tax, employee deployment, and permanent establishment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business models into financial structures.
• Fluent English required.
