What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and impairments.
• Maintain the fixed assets register in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and perform periodic physical asset verifications.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes through SAP ERP enhancements and KPI tracking.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Fixed Assets team, managing performance and fostering accountability.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reconciliations and SOX compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, including 3–4 years in a supervisory role.
• Degree and professional qualification in Accounting (CPA or equivalent), Finance, or Economics.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles, US GAAP, IFRS, and depreciation methodologies.
• Deep experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Knowledge of SOX and internal controls related to financial reporting.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken proficiency required)
