What you will do

• Manage 1 Project Manager and 1 Scrum Master while functionally leading 1–2 development teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring predictability and alignment between product priorities and engineering capacity.
• Identify and resolve process breakdowns, communication gaps, and technical blockers.
• Coordinate release readiness, manage the release calendar, and ensure smooth production handoffs.
• Partner with engineering to manage technical debt and maintain effective bug management workflows.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain Jira hygiene for accurate stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical PM in a product-focused tech company.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring delivery personnel (PMs, Scrum Masters).
• Fluent in English and Russian (working languages of the team).
• Experience functionally leading development teams and managing technical constraints.
• Hands-on experience with bug management and defect triage workflows.
• Strong escalation instincts and proficiency in Jira and delivery metrics.
