What you will do

• Build and maintain core platform components including exchange and broker gateways, data pipelines, and algo trading infrastructure.
• Optimize system latency, throughput, and stability based on measurements and load testing.
• Implement observability (metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards) to identify execution issues early.
• Diagnose and resolve root causes of incidents within the trading loop to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure quality through automated unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Document service contracts, integration rules, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building low-latency, high-reliability systems.
• Extensive professional experience with Rust.
• Deep understanding of Linux, networking, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in concurrent and parallel programming and distributed computing.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on maintainable code and testing.
• Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the trading domain, including market data and trading protocols.
