What you will do

• Lead the Islamic retail assets product strategy and execution to increase market share and profitability.
• Design innovative, Shari’ah-compliant product propositions by integrating emerging technologies and customer insights.
• Oversee product mix, portfolio composition, cost of funds, and yield performance to align with business objectives.
• Manage acquisition programs and marketing campaigns to maximize product sales and market awareness.
• Foster collaboration with external partners and vendors to enhance the customer value proposition.
• Lead team performance, manage budgets, and implement improvements to departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Islamic retail asset products, product management, and portfolio performance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications: Certified Islamic Banker, CSAA, CIFE, IFQ, or Certified Product Manager (CPM).
