What you will do

• Design and manage search recommendation services and models to empower content ecosystem development.
• Utilize ML-based personalization methods and design patterns to enhance content matching and distribution efficiency.
• Leverage deep knowledge of recommendation systems to drive AI product upgrades and improve business outcomes.
• Lead the development of core content recommendation modules using data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with content, business, and product management teams to define success metrics and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in large-scale application development, preferably in user-facing content applications.
• Must be based in Asia.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills for working effectively with global teams.
