Senior Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Hong Kong SAR

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical owner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients.
• Guide customers on the adoption and integration of Airwallex payment products and architecture.
• Act as the main escalation point for break-fix support and ad-hoc technical queries.
• Analyze support experiences and provide contextual insights to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify optimization and upsell opportunities.
• Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions with product roadmap updates and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or technical account management.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API architecture.
• Proficiency in professional oral and written communication for presenting to decision-makers.
• Must be based in Hong Kong SAR.

• Knowledge of the payments domain or financial services.
• Experience analyzing transaction patterns to drive optimizations.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
