What you will do

• Lead accounting functions across all lending entities, ensuring accurate financial closing and compliance with PSAK and OJK regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including disbursements and settlements for products like GopayPinjam and GopayLater.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap to automate month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage lending capital availability, forecast funding requirements, and optimize capital allocation.
• Act as the primary coordinator for internal/external audits, OJK regulatory inspections, and lender due diligence.
• Establish a robust financial control framework to identify and mitigate operational and financial risks across all entities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership or senior accounting roles, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or P2P lending.
• Must be based in Jakarta for on-site work.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and OJK regulations.
• Experience guiding finance transformation initiatives and automating reporting processes.
• Proven experience in capital management, corporate treasury, and managing relationships with institutional lenders.
