Head of Accounting - Lending Business (Fintech) (PSAK/OJK, Capital Management): Leading end-to-end accounting, finance operations, and capital management for multifinance and P2P lending entities with an accent on regulatory compliance, financial controls, and finance transformation. Focus on automating closing and reporting, optimizing funding strategies, managing audits and lender partnerships, and mentoring high-performing finance teams.

What you will do
- Lead accounting functions across multifinance and P2P lending entities, including financial close and complex transaction treatments such as ECL and write-offs.
- Oversee disbursements, repayments, settlements, and scalable finance operations for GopayPinjam and GopayLater.
- Develop a technology roadmap to automate month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting with Product, MIS, and Engineering teams.
- Manage lending capital availability, funding forecasts, capital allocation, and operational readiness for new lender partnerships.
- Coordinate internal, external, statutory, and regulatory audits, including OJK inspections and lender due diligence.
- Lead and mentor finance teams while partnering with executive leadership, regulators, investors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in senior or leadership accounting roles.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and OJK regulations, or the ability to quickly learn the regulatory environment.
- Experience with finance transformation, scalable finance systems, reporting automation, financial controls, and audit processes.
- Exposure to funding operations, corporate treasury, capital planning, and collaboration with banks or institutional lenders.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or another professional accounting certification.
- Experience in fintech, banking, multifinance, or P2P lending.
