Associate Credit Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Credit Management process, including customer creation and due diligence.
• Drive the reduction of overdue AR in line with financial forecasts and perform half-yearly credit limit reviews.
• Handle credit blocks for overdue customers and coordinate with sales leads for AR-related disputes.
• Manage AR Insurance, including applying for coverage, reviewing aging, and filing claims for overdues.
• Review and evaluate deductions (shortage, damage, price differences) and issue corresponding credit memos.
• Prepare AR aging, bad debt reports, and quarterly collection forecasts for the regional finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in the AR field, with expertise in collections, credit assessment, and invoicing.
• English proficiency for professional communication.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience utilizing Oracle AR Ageing reports for analysis.
