What you will do

• Manage and take full responsibility for the desk collection process.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Collection Manager.
• Coordinate collaborations with other internal departments to streamline recovery.
• Monitor team performance and provide active coaching and development to staff.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Banking, Leasing, or Multifinance.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Desk Collection.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with strict targets and a conscientious attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
