Electronics Calibration Technician

Location: Orlando - Sanford, FL. Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Green Card, etc.) for ITAR compliance.

What you will do

• Calibrate electronic and mechanical measuring test equipment in both lab and client sites.
• Work with AC/DC Low Voltage tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and voltage calibrators.
• Handle RF Frequency measuring and generating devices, including spectrum analyzers and frequency counters.
• Calibrate temperature and humidity devices, including data loggers and environmental chambers.
• Manage High Voltage equipment such as Hipot testers and Meggers.
• Perform basic mechanical and physical dimensional calibrations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronic equipment calibration or use of electronic measurement equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly within a 6-hour range of Orlando, FL).
• U.S. Person status required due to ITAR export control regulations.
• Clean driving record, successful background check, and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime and occasional weekends.
