What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the care delivery platform, from V1 to advanced clinical intelligence.
• Design and optimize internal clinical workflows by collaborating directly with care teams.
• Lead system integration decisions, including EHR, care management tools, and billing API integrations.
• Drive the build vs. buy strategy for platform evolution and infrastructure.
• Translate complex clinical needs into technical product requirements and operational tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Meaningful product experience in healthtech.
• Demonstrated ability to build 0-to-1 products in resource-constrained, startup environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience building a roadmap from scratch in an early-stage or ambiguous environment.
• Experience working closely with clinical teams.
• Experience with healthcare API integrations and EHR workflows.
• Interest in or experience applying AI in product development, particularly in regulated industries.
