What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for order-related products to align with customer and business goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Modernize legacy products by identifying opportunities for AI capabilities, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to translate user needs into meaningful product outcomes.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and act as the voice of the customer for dedicated scrum teams.
• Navigate complex healthcare and regulatory environments to define practical product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience managing software through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
• Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Comfort working with technical concepts including APIs and platform-based solutions.
