Assistant Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate overall site operations, logistics, food services, and housekeeping in collaboration with the Manager.
• Identify, develop, and implement site strategies to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Drive operational efficiencies and achieve established productivity goals.
• Maintain high-quality facilities and services to ensure maximum customer and resident satisfaction.
• Execute a human resources strategy to attract, retain, and optimize human capital.
• Critically assess current operations to drive constant improvement.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education, preferably in business or management.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality, food service, or a related industry.
• Must pass a vulnerable sector check as a condition of employment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Camps and Catering or oil and gas industry.
