Program Manager (Growth Operations)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (occasional travel for onsite events required)

Salary: $60–$85/hr

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end growth programs, including recruiting campaigns, applications processing, and onboarding.
• Optimize the full growth funnel for conversion and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Build and lead new growth recruiting campaigns and channels to achieve business goals.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Greenhouse (ATS), managing user permissions and providing internal training.
• Own internal reporting and analytics to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve workflows and data infrastructure for the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Growth, Recruiting, or RecOps at a rapidly growing company.
• Extensive experience as a Greenhouse Site Admin and proficiency in TA reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Gsuite, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Deep understanding of Growth/Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manipulate and analyze data sets.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Previous startup experience.
• Experience with tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem.
• Interest in agentic coding and experimenting with AI tooling.
