Data Engineer

What you will do

• Design and build complex data pipelines for diverse data sources including logs and text.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product teams to ensure data accessibility and usability.
• Develop efficient ETL processes using DBT, Airflow, or equivalents.
• Own and optimize data environments like Snowflake focusing on performance, governance, and reliability.
• Build dashboards for company-wide use cases.
• Implement best practices for data management, quality assurance, and security in AWS cloud.
• Support ML and analytics teams by building pipelines for feature stores and model training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience in cybersecurity or related field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience handling large/unstructured data
• Familiarity with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake and BigQuery
• Experience with big data infrastructure (Snowflake/Databricks), orchestration tools (Airflow), and AWS cloud platform
• Understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and pipeline observability
• Ability to deliver end-to-end data solutions with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or blockchain data processing
• Experience orchestrating large-scale ETLs in Snowflake
• Experience using DBT in production
• Knowledge of OLTP databases like PostgreSQL
