What you will do

• Create and edit marketing collateral including social media graphics, infographics, reports, and event materials.
• Produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and simple explainer animations to enhance digital storytelling.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing hirify.global brand standards across all creative materials.
• Organize Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries and shared design templates to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Experience creating traditional graphic design and short-form video content for digital communications.
• Proficiency in creating motion graphics and animated assets.
• Knowledge of publishing and optimizing video content for various social media channels.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance traditional graphic design projects alongside multimedia assignments.
• Must be based in the United States.
