What you will do

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all phases of assigned bridge projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project planning, quality assurance, deadlines, and financial aspects including collections.
• Handle proposals, contract negotiations, and the development of Project Work Plans.
• Supervise project staff workloads and monitor costs to ensure delivery within budget.
• Coordinate customer billing and prepare monthly financial reports and projections.
• Resolve all project-related issues to maintain high service quality.

Requirements

• New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8-15 years of Bridge Project Management experience.
• Previous experience with NYDOT required.
• Proven ability to lead teams to meet strict schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with local municipality and state projects.
