Lead UX Product Designer

Location: London, Tel Aviv

What you will do

• Lead UX/UI design tailored to wealth advisors and family office professionals.
• Own product strategy from ideation to launch balancing user, business, and compliance needs.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, leadership, compliance, and clients.
• Define and communicate product roadmap, track progress, and drive feature completion.
• Establish design and product workflows for team growth and optimize platform engagement.

Requirements

• 4–8 years experience in UX/UI design or product management.
• Experience building fintech, investment, or wealthtech platforms.
• Ability to lead design execution and product strategy in fast-paced environments.
• Portfolio showcasing complex B2B or finance-focused UX/UI design work.
• Fluent in modern design and product management tools.
• Startup experience and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in tokenization, blockchain, or AI.
• Background in product ownership with a UX-first mindset.
