What you will do

• Collaborate with Project Management to develop project scope of work and budgets.
• Secure all necessary permits, approvals, and subcontractor agreements prior to project start.
• Establish Project Master Schedules and Submittal Schedules for shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups.
• Supervise site operations, managing teams of 16+ people and up to 150 subtrade vendors.
• Lead high-risk negotiations with clients and external vendors to maintain project margins.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to site safety plans.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of related construction experience.
• Extensive framing construction experience.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 60% field-based).
• Experience working with municipal jurisdictions on building permits for large commercial projects.
• Post-secondary education in Business Commerce, Civil Engineering, or a college diploma in construction technology.
