What you will do
- Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality IT services are provided within contractual frameworks.
- Provide technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, system administrators, and SREs.
- Drive troubleshooting for incidents, problems, and escalations to ensure seamless service operations.
- Collaborate with Architects and SREs to design, deploy, and maintain future-proof systems.
- Foster strong customer relationships and propose tailored solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and providing quality services to customers.
- Strong knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and automation with an innovation-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interact directly and constantly with customers.
- Must be based in or able to work in Bilbao, Spain (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
