Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain; on-site. Full-time role with regional travel as needed.

What you will do

• Translate client problems into scalable, measurable workflows while balancing client needs with platform constraints.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, and demonstration assets, and translate product updates into field-ready examples.
• Maintain accurate dashboards, hubs, documentation, usage metrics, adoption data, and account health tracking.
• Run delivery plans with clear owners, dates, and dependencies, surfacing risks and blockers early.
• Lead agendas, decision records, action logs, governance, and communication across client and internal teams.
• Own the trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motion with Growth, drive adoption, measure ROI, and coordinate feedback with Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consulting.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in workflows, data, and failure modes, with credibility when working with engineers.
• Excellent operational hygiene, including reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communication, early escalation, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-changing environment and willingness to travel within the region.
