Technical Account Manager (Data Protection)

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Work from home is combined with face-to-face customer visits and onsite knowledge transfer. Remote work is possible only when the employee is located in Spain; overnight business stays may be required.

What you will do

• Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, solution assessments, designs, and implementation estimates.
• Plan and manage professional services engagements, including project schedules, communication plans, resources, and status updates.
• Support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of hirify.global solutions.
• Analyze installed environments and identify additional data protection and resilience needs.
• Create white papers, solution guides, best-practice documentation, and configuration records.
• Coordinate communication between customers and hirify.global support and deliver onsite knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience.
• Prince2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience, plus a bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Core products, data protection, data management, data analytics, and business continuity.
• Significant experience with VMware, Hyper-V, storage systems, networking, cloud technologies, operating systems, and traditional backup architectures.
• Proven consulting and project management experience, including managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts.
• Business proficiency in Spanish and English and availability to work from Spain.
