What you will do

• Manage a team of quality improvement facilitators to deliver effective technical assistance.
• Oversee the success and quality of initiatives and projects across a large federal contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the prime contract holder and hirify.global.
• Implement Task Order goals in a meaningful manner with frontline health facilities and outpatient clinical practices.
• Collaborate with the primary contractor to plan and organize workflows with a strategic vision.

Requirements

• Internal candidates only
• Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of administrative experience.
• At least three years of experience in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and familiarity with contract language.
• Ability to travel up to 15-30%
